Then will I make their waters deep, and cause their rivers to run like oil, saith the Lord God.
Then will I make their waters clear, and cause their rivers to run like oil, saith the Lord Jehovah.
“Then I will make their waters quiet and clear; I will make their rivers run [slowly and smoothly] like oil,” Says the Lord God.
Then will I make their waters sink down (subside, be quiet, and become clear); their rivers I will cause to run [slowly and smoothly] like oil, says the Lord God.
Then will I make their waters deep, and cause their rivers to run like oil, saith the Lord God.
Then I will let their waters settle and will make their rivers flow like oil. This is the declaration of the Lord God.

At that time, I will allow the waters to run clear, and make its rivers flow like oil. This is what the Lord God says.
Then I will make their water clear and cause their streams to flow like oil,’ says Adonai Elohim.
The water will be clear, and streams will be calm. I, the Lord God, have spoken.
Then will I make their waters clear, and cause their rivers to run like oil, saith the Lord Jehovah.

So I will make the water in Egypt calm. I will cause their rivers to run slowly—they will be slick like oil.” This is what the Lord God said.
Then I will cause the water in the rivers to be clean again. The water will move freely like olive oil. That is what the Almighty Lord says.
Then I will let their waters settle and become clear and will make their channels flow like oil, declares the Lord God.

I will let your waters settle and become clear and let your rivers run calm. I, the Sovereign Lord, have spoken.

So I will let the Egyptians’ waters become quiet. I will cause their rivers to run as smoothly as olive oil, says the Lord God.
That’s when I’ll make their waterways flow smoothly, and their rivers flow like olive oil,’ declares the Lord God.”

Therefore, the waters of Egypt will be as clear and flow as smoothly as olive oil,” the Lord God says.
“‘God, the Master, says: “‘The sword of the king of Babylon is coming against you. I’ll use the swords of champions to lay your pride low, Use the most brutal of nations to knock Egypt off her high horse, to puncture that hot-air pomposity. I’ll destroy all their livestock that graze along the river. Neither human foot nor animal hoof will muddy those waters anymore. I’ll clear their springs and streams, make their rivers flow clean and smooth. Decree of God, the Master. When I turn Egypt back to the wild and strip her clean of all her abundant produce, When I strike dead all who live there, then they’ll realize that I am God.’
Then I will make their waters settle, and cause their rivers to run like oil, says the Lord God.

So I will let the Egyptians’ water become clear. I will cause their rivers to run as smoothly as olive oil, says the Lord God.
Then I will make their waters calm, and will make their streams flow like olive oil, declares the Sovereign Lord.
I will let the waters of Egypt settle. I will make its streams flow like olive oil,” announces the Lord and King.

Once they are gone, I will settle the waters of Egypt and let them flow as smoothly as olive oil.

Then I shall yield the waters of them cleanest, and I shall bring the floods of them as oil, saith the Lord God, (Then I shall let their waters settle and become clear, and I shall let their rivers run as smooth as oil, saith the Lord God,)
Then do I cause their waters to sink, And their rivers as oil I cause to go, An affirmation of the Lord Jehovah.
